The City of Amsterdam and the Department of Public Works have developed ambitious plans to build two enormous bridges across the Eastern Docklands. One long, high, and therefore windy and extremely expensive East Bridge from North to Azartplein. And to top it all off: another bridge, next to the Verbindingsdam, right through the historic IJhaven and via supermarket Jumbo to Rietlandpark! More and more inhabitants are turning against these drawing-board solutions and want to protect the safety and quality of life in their neighbourhood.  Are you one of them?
